BIDA Double Dance This Sunday, 5/17, Needs Your Help

Hello, my lovely BIDA Volunteers,

I hope this spring allergy season has been kind to you; I am slowly getting back to my normal after the oak trees sprung on May Day. I got an emergency call from my daughter yesterday and am heading to Vermont early tomorrow morning (Friday) for a couple of days, and will be coming down on Sunday directly to our Bal Folk double dance 5-6:30 pm and potluck, followed by our regular lesson at 7 and dance 7:30-10:30. Can't wait!

We have Rose Jackson, Helen Kuhar, and Guillaume Sparrow-Pepin teaching Bal Folk at 5 and Andrew Stout calling contra's at 7:30 with Rose, Helen and Guillaume playing their awesome tunes. Should be another great evening of BIDA! This is a mask-required dance. 

We need the following shifts filled:

Set up, 4-5 pm, 1 additional person,

Early early door, 4:30-6pm, 2 people

Early door 1, 6-7:30pm, 1-2 people

Early door 2, 6:30-8pm, 1-2 people

Late door, 8-9pm, 1 person.

Please let me know, by reply email or text to my phone listed below, which shift you can take, and dance the rest of the evening on us. You'll also get a ticket for a future dance. We work as a great team making our dances run smoothly, and I and the Board appreciate every one of you. 

Don't forget your potluck item (and label your container!).
