This week is BeanTown Stomp, y’all!

Why, yes, I am picking up some southern accents from my 3 southern team members for my oh, so very busy work project, that is almost done.

We have a regular dance following the BTS cleanup/music jam & potluck, and need some volunteers to help Harris and Jeff run the evening dance. If you won’t be spending your weekend at the Hall, or even if you do and think you’d like to help out, please reply to this email or text/call me.

We don’t need set up, cause that all will be leftover from the weekend, but we will need the following:

early door, 6:30-8, 1-2 people,
and
late door, 8-9, 1-2 people (It’s St Patrick’s Day and we always get some people wandering in because of the sign.)

(And the usual strike crew at the end, but I suspect that I won’t make it to the end as I will have been feeding people substantial snacks all weekend, and I have work early Monday morning.)

We’ve got a new volunteer perk policy in place! You might remember Harris mentioning it at the last dance. For each shift you volunteer for, you will not only dance that dance on us, but we’ll give you a ticket for another dance.

I would like to make these special, different from the lesson tickets, and I will have more time after next week to be creative. If anyone has any ideas to share, let me know!

Let me know which shift you’d prefer, and I look forward to seeing you all this weekend.

Cheers,

Persis
