BIDA VOlunteers NEEDED for New Location Tomorrow, Sunday, 4/6/2025

Hello, all you lovely people, from chilly grey Vermont,

I apologize for the delay in sending this email out, but we had to find a NEW LOCATION for tomorrow's dance, and that didn't get settled until yesterday afternoon, and I am in Vermont with my very loud and active grandchildren.

First off, tomorrow's dance will be at the Cambridge Friends School at 5 Cadbury Road, #3530, Cambridge (due to a double booking and miscommunication at our usual location). We are renting a truck to bring the large fans and other gear from the Masonic Hall, and that truck will need to be unloaded at 6 and reloaded at 10:30-11. We will have set up 6-7:30, lesson at 7, dance at 7:30, and Annual Meeting and Board Elections at the break. This is a Mask Optional dance.

We'd love your help for set up (and strike):

Set up, 6-7pm or when done, 2-3 people, 

Early door, 6:30-8pm, 1-2 people,

Late door, 8-9 pm, 1 person.

Please let me know which shift you can take, and dance the rest of the night on us, and get an extra ticket for another dance later on. I will be checking emails and texts today and tomorrow. Many thanks for all your help making our dance series such a success.

Hello, you all, on this grey chilly day,

We still need one person for early door and one for late door.

I forgot to add that our own Andrew Stout will be calling dances for tunes by Eileen O'Grady, Donal Sheets, and Guillaume Sparrow-Pepin. 

And there is parking; a small lot by the school and street parking because it is Sunday.

Please let me know if you can help out.
