BIDA Volunteers Needed for This Sunday's Dance, 6/5

Good afternoon, all you lovely BIDA Volunteers! 

Happy (pollen-filled) June to you all! 

We've got the fabulous Sue Rosen calling to the amazing music of Eric Boodman, Jonah Sidman, and Bruce Rosen. It should be another great dance. You know you want to come help out your dance community and dance the rest of the evening on us! 

I am looking for the following volunteer slots:

Set up; 6:15-7 pm (or until done): 1 person

put up signs inside and out, fill water coolers, set up fans at both ends of the hall, help pull tables out to lobby for the door people, set out 25 chairs along outer wall of the hall, hang lights around hall perimeter.

CLAIMED Early Door; 6:30-8 pm: 2 people

check vax cards, ask for emails for contact tracing, take entry money and tick off on attendance form

Late Door: 8-9 pm: 2 people

same duties as early door; check vax cards, ask for emails for contact tracing, take entry money and tick off on attendance form

Late Late Door: 9-10: 1 person

Check vax cards and ask for email for tracing.

I will not be at the dance on Sunday; my husband tested positive last Monday; I am not positive, but I am keeping any possible viruses at home. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
