Bycicle LED POV hermetisation

Well, what's about it? Devices like this are mounted on the wheel, so
how could it withstand dirt, mud and water?
Unless it is just a parquet amusement.
Just a PE lamination, perhaps? Then what's with battery compartments?
Any suggestions?

Hello :-)

Actual system is just a prototype... If some company want to invest and
produce it, it can be made of transparent plastic, hermetic :-)

If that company would want to produce it, all the system would need to
be optimized for cost and robusteness.
