I have been riding my bike to work now for about two months. It is
about four miles each way. My attitude at work has improved since I
started riding to work. I used to go to the y, but this is cheaper and
I like the fresh air that comes with the commute. So I just thought
I'd join a group to hear others' stories of commuting and tips. Any
