I think this is a great idea that needs wider application. IMHO, lack of safe parking reduces bike trips more than anything else.

lack of parking is a legitimate concern. Having someone on hand to
watch over your bike would be nice.
It would take more than free indoor parking to get me to a broadway
show, tho.
And, is there ever really 'free' valet parking? I mean there may not
be a charge, but...

watch over your bike would be nice.
