Hello,
Thanks a lot for the list. These are the standard points which are discussed upon and executed during every Durga Puja.
Additionally, I want to add a few points:
1. I'd like to know about what's happening regarding the registrations of our Durga Puja committee (which have been pending for a long time) . Are we serious about this? If not, the matter should be clarified at the earliest.
2. Since there are problems in transactions of money with the existing bank account, we must discuss, with top priority, the financial expenditure.
3. Issue of badges to our volunteers.
4. Provision of separate (special) list of dignitaries and guests who are expected to visit the Puja.

Also, I request all of you to please collect last year's (2012) souvenirs from me at the earliest.
