Subject: Idaho Falls Humanitarian Center

We Eric & Betsy and are new to the Center.  We have taken over the ordering duties from the Branson’s.

As we make changes to our processes, I wanted to make sure you have the following information.  The link below will take you to our webpage which will explain about the Center, what we do and why.  All our services are volunteer, and our products are all donated.  Therefore, there is no charge for our services or the items we try to provide.

The catalog has a list of the items we try to keep on hand.  These items many change from time to time.

We are trying to streamline our ordering process, hopefully making it easier for everyone.  Instead of a weekly phone call you will receive an email reminder.  Respond to the email with the items needed for that week.  Please have your order to the center by end the day Thursday or Friday.  We create the orders on Monday, fill the orders on Tuesday and deliver them on Wednesday.  As we see how this works over the next few weeks, we’ll make changes as needed.

Order using this email address: ifahc...@gmail.com

It’s helpful when you place your order that you include quantities, i.e., instead of just “Laundry Soap” include the quantities.  For example, “Laundry Soap   Qty 2”.  Or Paper Towels 3 Rolls.  The Catalog has a list of all the items we try to keep on hand.

We try our best to keep all items on hand, but as you know the center relies on donations from the community for its supplies, therefore we may not have everything you request.

With all the different sizes of clothes, both men and women and children, we don’t do a good job of keeping these items on hand.  Therefore, we are discontinuing donations of clothing.  Thrift Stores are more suited for this type of item.  If you need these types of items most thrift stores provide vouchers to help you with those needs.

Feel free to call us if you have any questions or concerns.

Thanks
