Remember you just need to go to this page to do so:

If you haven't registered yet on the JTM site, there are instructions for
how to do so on the right column.
Select the "post" option (because that will create a headline block you
can fill in). Then you can copy and paste what you've written offline.
Correct URLS (http://xxxx etc) will turn into hotlinks when you submit.
Remember to put an extra line between paragraphs.
