Boston Street Lab UNI project moves ahead with help from MIT

Hi Bill,
Sam and I wanted to be in touch to let you know that we've now got a great
design for the Uni from a team at MIT, and we're rolling!
We've just launched our project website here:
and we've also just this weekend launched a Kickstarter campaign to help us
raise funds to build the Uni. We've already had pledges totalling $3,000, so
this bodes well for us meeting our goal by August 15 (we only get the funds if
we make it by our deadline).
We'd love your help spreading the word to Beyond Books attendees and others.
All levels of pledges help! Because of Kickstarter, we've also already been in
touch with activist/future-thinking librarians in Denmark and Finland who are
interested in a Uni. But first we have to build one and run it in New York.
