Re: mapping Bibtex in Bibo

BibServer  https://github.com/okfn/bibserver

contains a reliable python parser  of commonly available BibTeX which outputs BibJSON http://www.bibjson.org/ . It might be easier either convert from there to BIBO, or to adapt the BibServer parser, than to rely on BibUTILS.
