Problems with the http://bibliontology.com/ website

Hello,

I'm trying to view the bibliontology specification; the website says that this should be done using Protege (which I've never used before, so I go off and download it - slightly surprised that it's 101mb!) - and then to use File > Open from URL:

4. Use that URL: https://raw.github.com/structureddynamics/Bibliographic-Ontology-BIBO/ma...

unfortunately, the link has been shortened and mangled by javascript, so there's no way of telling what the URL is. Can someone enlighten me please?!
