As a stopgap solution; I've loaded the bibo ontology into our neologism
server;
http://neologism.ecs.soton.ac.uk/bibo

It lists me as the author as I uploaded the file but we can change that.

Or the HTML could be snipped out and put on the main bibo site if people
want.
