Is "beginning" of 2300 and 490 days prophecy are the same ?

Some Points:

(a) Meaning of prophecy in Daniel 8 an 9 are opposite:
1) 8: describe bad future ...
9: describe good future about coming of Messiah-the promised one

2) 8: describe destruction of Temple in future which was not exist at
that time and there was no information about rebuild

3) 8: describe re-destruction of Temple (after Daniel 9)
9: describe rebuilt of Temple

4) 8: 2300 days start from beginning of destruction, "2300 days" refer
to days that Temple is under foot,"start" of transgression and then
destruction
9: 490 days start from beginning of another "chance" for Jews to
rebuild Temple and to "stop" transgression

(b) Vision is a "message", when Gabriel said understand the vision, it
means understand the message, but:
-message of 2300 was "for many days" and refers to all believers even
after Christ and for Gentiles, too. (end)
-message of 490 was only for Jews, not including the Gentiles

(c) Those visions have two different messages:
-2300 days refer to time of end, which Daniel nor anybody else could
not understand it until time of the end, it was sealed (Daniel 12):

"And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told is true:
wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for many days."
(Daniel 8:26)

"And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall
be the end of these things? 9: And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the
words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end." (Daniel 12:8)
