Problem sinkronisasi pada versi terkini dan device tertentu

Saat ini sepertnya terjadi masalah sinkronisasi pada aplikasi update terakhir (v.4.11.2) maupun update sebelumnya (v.4.11.0) untuk aplikasi Alkitab baik produk Yuku maupun Produk Sabda/YLKS. Masalah sinkronisasi tidak terjadi pada aplikasi Quick Bible, yang kebetulan saat ini masih versi lama (v4.10.0).

Saat ini saya melakukan downgrade manual ke versi lama (4.10.0) karena kebetulan saya memiliki back-up aplikasi-aplikasi tersebut. Sayangnya aplikasi tidak memiliki fitur Back-up tersendiri (standalone), namun untuk marka, catatan, dan sorotan (kecuali versi alkitab, renungan, buku lagu, setting, dll), bisa diatasi dgn in-app fitur "Data Transfer" (melakukan ekspor kemudian kirim baik melalui bluetooth ke device lain, atau kirim ke eMail/Whatspp/dll, kemudian dikirim kembali ke device dgn aplikasi versi downgrade manual tersebut atau download file nya dari eMail/Whatsapp/dll dan melakukan impor pada fitur aplikasi tersebut). Puji Tuhan semua marka/catatan/sorotan akan kembali normal, namun versi alkitab/renungan/buku lagu harus disetting/download ulang.

Problem sinkronisasi tersebut sementara ini terdapat di beberapa device smartphones. Saya sudah cek pada device tablet, sinkronisasi berjalan dengan normal. Apakah teman-teman mengalami hal yang sama?

Mudah-mudahan developer dapat segera memperbaiki problem tersebut, tetap semangat dan Tuhan berkati. SOLI DEO GLORIA.

Currently, there seems to be a sync issue with the latest app update (v.4.11.2) and the previous update (v.4.11.0) for both Yuku and Sabda/YLKS Bible apps. The sync issue doesn't occur with Quick Bible, which happens to be the older version (v4.10.0).

I'm currently manually downgrading to the older version (4.10.0) because I happen to have backups of those apps. Unfortunately, the app doesn't have a standalone backup feature. However, bookmarks, notes, and highlights (except for Bible versions, devotionals, songbooks, settings, etc.) can be resolved with the in-app "Data Transfer" feature (exporting and sending them either via Bluetooth to another device, or sending them to email/WhatsApp, etc., then sending them back to the device with the manually downgraded version of the app, or downloading the file from email/WhatsApp, etc., and importing it into the app). Praise God, all bookmarks, notes, and highlights will return to normal, but the Bible/devotional/songbook versions will need to be set up or re-downloaded.

The sync issue is currently occurring on some smartphones. I've checked on my tablet, and sync is working normally. Are you experiencing the same issue?

Saya menggunakan Redmi Note 10 Pro dan Yuku Alkitab last version. 
Sampai hari ini synchronization (notes, bookmark, dll) berjalan baik.
