this is a bit of workaround that you could use before the issue gets resolved.
1. Download Fdroid from their
website and install it.
2. Once the app has loaded, search for and download then install Aurora Store (It's basically playstore but a little more flexible)
3. Join as anonymous
4. Click on settings and select spoof manager. (this lets you 'pretend' that your device has another android version thus enabling you to access apps not available for your android version)
5. By default, your device's version will be selected. Will be something like "API 35" or another number.
6. Select an API version that's lower than the default one. The app will restart.
7. Search for, download and install Quick Bible.
If Quick Bible isn't available, go back to the spoof manager and choose a lower API version then search.
