It starts all with adding tasks.
The tasks will be units of work to be completed by the translation team.
Let's say, the following three tasks are added:
Matthew 1
Matthew 2
Matthew 3.
Then this produces a list of three tasks, and checkboxes appear.
By default one task generates the following four checkboxes which are sub-tasks:
Translate
Check
Hebrew/Greek
Discussions
Each member of the team can then pick a task, and complete it, and check the box.
Then every night Bibledit Cloud will generate a sprint burndown chart, which will show how many tasks are still left for the period of 30 days to be completed.
It's all very basic but it works basically.
