Puerto Rico

I have done a search on the terms that you had asked for and the only thing I was able to find was Puerto Rico, devastation, and storm. But as to a date I was unable to locate one. Thirdly, the matrix was rather spread out, and not a likely matrix, meaning that the terms were at such a large skip range that its not convincing enough.

But, I will continue to search more on this subject.
