Go to http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php and download the free
version.

After saving to desktop, install.

Go to update tab, and check for updates (important!).

Run a full scan of your system. Delete items on list that are
unwanted.

Full scan may take 3-4 hours (could be done at night)
