Turkey Earthquake death toll rises to 550

TURKISH officials say the death toll from an earthquake four days ago has gone up to at least 550
The prime minister's centre for crisis and emergency management said 1650 people were injured and 185 had been rescued from the rubble.
Today, rain and snow compounded difficulties for the thousands rendered homeless in the earthquake.
Turkish authorities are delivering more tents and have accepted offers of aid from other countries.
