Another Strong Earthquake strikes Indonesia*

A strong 5.5-magnitude earthquake has struck Indonesia's Papua province
but there were no immediate reports of damage and no tsunami warning was
issued, seismologists said.
The quake struck at 10:34am (1234 AEDT) on Thursday, 100km north of
Tanahmerah at a depth of 40km, the US Geological Survey said.
Indonesia's geophysics agency put the magnitude of the quake at 5.8.
