Job Description:

Must Have: Exposure and deep and understanding of conceptual ,Logical and Physical mode is Must.
Knowledge of Erwin is Must.
Deep understanding of databases (both Relational and Non Relationship) especially oracle and Cassandra from implementation stand point .
Agile experience is must.
Experience in querying and analyzing data using SQL( oracle/Teradata) and tying data from various sources is preferred.
Strong experience of requirements Tractability Matrix.

Preferred:

Working knowledge of PL/SQL, Java, Python.
Exposure to Master data management (MDM), data governance and data security polices.
Working knowledge of contact center technologies and products (Avaya, Genesys, NICE, IVR etc..) is good to have.
Knowledge of all office applications (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS access and Visio).
