Job Description	Excellent coding, debugging, performance tuning and testing skills in core Java/ J2EE,JSP,Javabeans. Experience in writing technical design documents, unit test cases. Experience in applications or product development, preferably HRMS application. Good to have coding experience in any one of the following: JSF,EJB, Servelets, XML, Web services, SOA. Experience of database design/modeling and knowledge of RDBMS. Excellent problem solving, analytical and prioritization skills. Excellent communication skills.
