When I open Card Desiree CS, this error pops up "Printer don't exist"
I successfully printed a test page via printer options, but unable to print via Card Desiree Program because this error always appear.

It sounds like a failure on the printer. Due to the prices of printers, and since it is of recent procurement, I would either exchange it at the place of purchase, or call HP support and have the printer repaired under warranty.
Hi zintum, I hope you will see this reply. I think I had the same problem as you with my HP laserjet printer due to a windows update. I did the same steps you took and re-installed the driver update and tried different computers and cables to run the printer but always get "usb device not recognized". The windows 10 update came thru wi-fi to my win 7 desktop while the printer was connected to it and it quit working right in the middle of a print job, so I'm sure it has to do with the Windows update that they would not allow to be "uninstalled". I tried everything to roll back to pre-update but could not. I found this info that seems to confirm my "theory". I have not tried it yet. -is...
