I emailed an FoN member and this is their suggestion…….

 

 

One of the persons I wrote to was a nurse at NIH.  There is an institute for just about everything there – kidneys/diabetes, for example.  They also have staff that will translate for patients who are not native English speakers.  Whoever needs this might find some help there – just a thought.
