Good morning, Leaders.

As Mersada wrote in March, she has left Refugee Family Services for an opportunity at Tapestri. We wish her the best. For now, I am serving as Acting Project Director for R.O.A. I have assisted Mersada with Network Meetings, Resource Days, 2012's Employment Summit, and other R.O.A. activities, and I have met many of you through those event. I look forward to meeting everyone soon. If you need anything in the meantime, please call or e-mail me (information in signature below).

On Monday, April 8, the planning committee for Georgia's World Refugee Day will meet. The committee plans a week's worth of events, including film screenings, art exhibits, storytelling at Clarkston library, and of course a celebration-program at Clarkston Community Center. If you or your organization would like to get involved, please let me know. The next meeting will be Monday, April 8 at 3:30 p.m. at International Rescue Committee (I.R.C., 2305 Parklake Dr Ste 100, Atlanta 30345).
