Dear BAG President Ratna Gurung, BAG General Secretary Ram Gurung,

 

Please find attached the invitation to Bhutanese Artists of Georgia (BAG) for Nepal Festival-2013 and a request to partner with Nepalese Association in Southeast America (NASeA) for the success of the festival.

The external relations committee of NASeA is organing this Nepal festival together with partnership from Nepali and Bhutani organizations in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

 

I also spoke to your committee member Birkha Guragain and extended my personal greetings to be conveyed to you both Mr. President Ratna and General Secretary Ram Gurung.

 

I understand you are already in communication with Tara Pun ji and Bijendra Gurung ji on the matters related to Nepal Festival.

 

Also, I take this opportunity to apologize for my inability to be personally present in your functions you had kindly invited me last year, and that was due to the reason of my unexpected travel to Nepal for family reasons.

Also, due to miscommunication I assumed that NASeA already had the approval of BAG to partner for the great cause of Nepal Festival.

 

Everything aside and moving forward, I am sure you and your great organization will partner with NASeA in organizing one of the best ceremony to celebrate the Nepali heritage, culture, arts, tradition, values that both your and my organization share.
