Title: NetSuite Program Manager
Location: Princeton, NJ
Duration: 12 Months Contract or Full time
Position Summary:
The NetSuite Program Manager is a key member of our client Finance team as our company continues to grow. The ideal candidate should be a well-seasoned technical NetSuite user having led numerous NetSuite implementations for multi-subsidiary companies and a financial leader who has in-depth financial analysis and accounting experience.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary financial resource responsible for the maintenance/enhancements of the current NetSuite environment.
• Manage the technical capabilities of NetSuite. Some examples are implement changes, run scripts, build workflows, and manage users information and accounts.
• Lead a lean organization through the implementation process for all newly acquired subsidiaries.
• Ensure that the system provides correct and timely data for monthly closings, and generates reports to lenders, investors, and board of director meetings.
• Allocates project assignments to best utilize resources, meet project objectives, and deliver quality customer service.
• Manages and oversees the activities of ERP project professionals and stakeholders to ensure that ERP implementation and adoption efforts remain on track and aligned with organizational objectives, including but not limited to schedules, budgets, key objectives and ERP project implementation methodologies as set forth by the Company.
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent field required.
Qualifications/Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years of advanced experience in NetSuite and associated technologies and should have advanced knowledge of accounting processes and GAAP.
• Has demonstrated advanced knowledge of the NetSuite ERP business solution and associated technologies and how these solutions can be applied and effectively used by the business group to derive maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Demonstrated experience with managing enterprise wide accounting systems in a multi-organizational structure will be required.
• Knowledge of other accounting systems such as QuickBooks is required, specifically within the process of data extraction and migration into NetSuite.
• Working knowledge of project management required. PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to analyze financial data and assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Experience in the medical services, pharmaceutical or clinical trial industries is a plus.
