• Overall experience of 12+ years.
• Developer certification must to have.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem( Dev, TA , Solution Architect any capacity)
• Strong experience in ITSM (Service Now and Remedy Now)domain for building incident management solutions.
• Customization/Integration/Development experience with Samanage GREAT to have.
• Ability to run discovery sessions and translate business requirements into Salesforce features.

Strong Functional understanding of Service cloud
