Khoảng tháng 6 or 7 vừa qua, em Dorothy Zamora đã đến BQ nói chuyện với em and anh Kiều về project của her.. Dorothy muốn chọn 4 ngày để làm project. Nhưng mà the 4th day, em đó muốn có a meeting với phụ huynh nhưng em đoàn sinh participate (các anh chị coi rõ email phía dưới)...

Em muốn hỏi ý kiến các anh chị ra sao? Đoàn sinh thì em sẽ lấy lớp của Mai Hoàng để dự lớp trên.. Chỉ rắc rối vấn đề họp phụ huynh...

Hello Lexi Tran,

I just got my proposal approved by the councilors.

Can you set up for any time available for me to do my project.

For my project, I need four days each day for 20 minutes.

On the first day, I need to give a pre survey on what they think about giving back and then I need to hold a group discussion explaining why I am doing this project, and the spirituality aspect of selflessness, caring, and giving back.

On the second day, I need to teach them the basic steps on how to garden, letting them plant their own plant in paper cups.

On the third day, we would do the actual gardening.

On the fourth day, I need to have a meeting with the parents and give the kids a post survey to see how much they learned and announce to the parents the results.

Thank you very much for your time and understanding the delay.

Theo anh nghĩ thì vụ kêu gọi họp phụ huynh thì khó mà đông đủ được . Tuy nhiên, mình có thể gửi thư mời phụ huynh họp và nêu rõ những vấn đề trong buổi họp cũng như tầm quan trọng của nó .

Hy vọng là phụ huynh sẽ hợp tác . Em cũng biết đó, lần nào kêu họp phụ huynh thì có bao giờ mà đi đông đủ đâu !

 this project is only for Mai's class. It won't affect other Phat Phap'sschefule of OV.  That girl will hold the meeting with the parents. This project might not be done till mid  November.       As I told Anh Luan that I will take November off to take care my wedding n moving errands.                Anh tam, would u take care this for me?   What is the best time for to do her project? I plan to tell her that she would start the 21st. Is it conflict with any temple activities?
