Attached please see the game schedule for this season.  In addition the first day of hockey practice is Monday, November 18.  All other winter sports start on Monday, December 2nd.  This is due to the lateness of Thanksgiving and ice time.  In all my years there has never been a split start like this for the winter sports.  

Secondly, we have only 18 games scheduled for season.  This is part of the cost cutting initiative we had to do.  For example in Basketball no JV's are taking trip to Brattleboro or Mt. Anthony and Varsity Boys and Girls will travel together.  We also don't have the Burchard Tournament.  Being in D2, it was tough to break into scheduling and our Traditional Metro schedule was all D1.  They have no games to give for the tournament this way.  We should look to the future how to bring this tournament back!
