Thanks Alan. Today at 4:18 I sent the invitation for TOMORROW Friday at 4:00pm -  4:30pm  to the bhs67r...@googlegroups.com distribution list. 

(The meeting scheduled for today was sent early today to a very few individual email addresses.) I guess the google group is the way to go. And give more notice.
