
Michael was known for his gentle quiet spirit and quick wit. He found joy in hunting and playing SKAT with his family and friends. Michael was a brilliant engineer and mentored many young engineers and surveyors. He also enjoyed his time coaching his daughters’ basketball teams. Michael loved spending time with family. He leaves behind a beautiful legacy of love, and compassion. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon; two daughters Kristy (Chris) DuPree of Edinburg, Texas; Kimberly (Jarrod) Sinquefield of Corinth, Texas; along with 7 grand children, Noah, Kayna, Jonah, Micah, Judah, Ezra and Luke; brother Woody and Barbara Stridde and sister Patsy and Marvin Crutchfield.
Services are entrusted to Sawyer George Funeral Home. Michael’s family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday July 29th at 1:00pm at River Hills Baptist Church. A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday July 29th at 2:00pm at River Hills Baptist Church followed by burial graveside service at Memorial Park Cemetery in Robstown, Texas
