Patricia Diann Richter 1951 - 2022 - BHS Class of 1969

Patricia Diann Richter, of Bishop, went to be with The Lord on April 10, 2022. She was born in Kingsville, TX on December 13, 1951. She was raised in Bishop by her parents, Melvin and Dora Mae Richter. Patsy was a loving mother to Cody Mrazek (Courtney) and Tracey Brezina (Brandon). She was a wonderful Granny to her 3 grandchildren, Chayse, Catherine, and Cash. Patsy is survived by her children, grandchildren, her sister Debbie Edlin, and her brother, Ronnie Richter. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Gary and Kenneth, her nephew Adam, and numerous aunts and uncles. 

Patsy graduated from Bishop High School in 1969 and attended Del Mar Business School, where she excelled at shorthand and typing. She worked as an administrative assistant for Texas A&I and Texas A&M University-Kingsville in the Dept. of Education for over 25 years. She later retired from the TAMUK Pharmacy School.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 30, at 2 pm at Sawyer George Funeral Home in Corpus Christi.
