Skill/Role Title: Mainframe Developer

Expected start date of role: Dec 15th, 2015

Duration of role ( minimum 9 months): 12 months

Location of role: Atlanta, GA

Best Rate: $ 50 – 52 Per hour on c2c.

Skills Required / Role

·         Bachelor’s degree in information technology, healthcare, or related field.

·         Minimum five years related experience demonstrating familiarity with requirements gathering, system design, and the SLDC in complex mainframe technical environments.

·         Mainframe, non relational formats, flat file, VSAM etc

·         Tuning, Debugging, and additional tools/methods for batch and online

·         Attention to SDLC Processes, Documentation, Training others, Plan/Customer/User Interface conversation capable.

·         Batch scripting language like PERL etc

·         PHI/PII awareness

·         Cobol, CICS, JCL

·         Other coding languages Java, COBOL nice to have.

·         IBM RAD (WSAD)

·         Ability to communicate effectively through clear, concise written documentation, verbal presentations and interviews.

 

Years of experience required: 8-9
