Top tier investment bank is seeking a .NET server side Developer with the following qualifications:
· Passionate result-oriented technologist who can deliver better, faster and simpler solutions in an Agile environment.
· Must have a fixed income background, equity derivatives preferred.
· Angular JS and Javascript
· Web development experience
· Expert in one of the object oriented programming language C# but should be willing to work with any programming language.
· Expert in advanced programming concepts Threading, Asynchronous Programming, I/O, Networking, Serialization, Security, Performance and Memory tuning.
· Expert in latest web development technologies and should be willing to try open source technologies and make amendments to suite our requirements.
· Should have understanding of sell side business trade flow, market- making, risk and hedging concepts.
· Should have understanding of Equity Derivatives products and Greeks as well as understanding of the data such as Volatility, Borrow, Fixings or Dividends.
· Highly motivated, hands-on and cross-functional with the capability of driving high quality solutions to difficult analytical problems.
· Highly resourceful and should be able to extract information from others and quickly analyze to deliver solutions.
· Be an active developer and contributor to the team's delivery.
· Work closely with Quant/ Business to ensure that issues are properly identified, fixed, and tested.
