Description:

·         Strong healthcare background.

·         Good to know SQL server.

·         Experience with full lifecycle PEGA implementations 

·         Understanding of various PEGA Rules Ex: UI, Activities and Flows, Declaratives, Decision, Validation, Reports, Correspondences

·         Creates and performs feature testing and determines environmental needs. 

·         Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business. 

·         Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements. 

·         Works with the IT learning organization to mentor and assist in training initiatives and performs estimates for application functionality enhancements. 

·         Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement.  

·         Detailed-oriented with ability to multi-task required.

·         Possess strong organization, analytical, problem solving, planning, written and oral communication skills.

·         Possess the ability to analyze and document computer systems and software (data structures, functional components, interactions, etc.)

·         Participates / Leads Agile teams

·         Collaborates with Product Owners

·         Assesses current project status and supports quick decision making to achieve daily successes

·         Ability to develop and define development team processes

·         Experienced in planning work tasks in an Agile-Scrum development platform
