1. Sales Manager


Requirements:


ï؟½ Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical
Engineering
ï؟½ Seven years of experience in managerial position.
ï؟½ Vast knowledge of generators and industrial
machineries.
ï؟½ Well-developed project management skills, and able to manage personnel and budgets.
ï؟½ Leads the systems sales business by executing account management strategies that facilitate long-term customer
relationships with targeted customers.
ï؟½ Identify and cultivate business opportunities in order to meet sales target objectives for the respective business areas.
ï؟½ Identify a clear understanding of client inquiry for
the generation of commercial/technical proposals.
ï؟½ Promote the companyï؟½s portfolio of services to
existing and new clients.



2. Sales Engineer



Requirements:

ï؟½ Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical
Engineering
ï؟½ A minimum of 5 yearsï؟½ experience as sales engineer for generators and industrial machineries.
ï؟½ Strong understanding of AC system design.
ï؟½ Ability to manage multiple system application types
and markets, managing the design activities in concert with parallel project schedules.
ï؟½ Strong interpersonal, written, analytical and
quantitative skills.
ï؟½ Self-starter, with strong organizational skills and
the ability to work well as part of a team in a
relatively unstructured work environment with little
supervision.
ï؟½ Establish sales leads and contacts recording
information in the companyï؟½s data systems.
ï؟½ Promote, present and sell the companyï؟½s portfolio of services to existing and new clients in a professional manner and offer optional/ alternative solutions where applicable.
ï؟½ Communicate directly with Engineering and Operations managers and staff to ensure planning and completion of technical/commercial proposals are achieved and submitted.
ï؟½ Follow-up on submitted sales inquiries and close to
order award where necessary.
ï؟½ Coordinate with sub-contractors, material suppliers,
and internal EPC team to support project activities and stakeholder requirements.
