Most of my communities are volunteer driven. We have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the domains addressed by each of these communities, but the activities see ebb and flow depending on volunteer attention and availability. A whole lot of good can be achieved if we found a way to be consistent and system driven. One approach we are exploring is to have an office and employ staff on the rolls in administrative and campaign roles, to each of these communities.
