nagenda...@hindustantimes.com, writet...@gmail.com,
meeru...@yahoo.com, Quatr...@quatrro.com... more I am seeing
from my personal experience that all the call centres are at the brink
of closure.
The reasons are that the CEOs of almost all the companies are greedy.
They are not interested in
hiring any candidate without charging any money. All the higher
authorities are responsible
for this, be it CEO or President of HR department or Operation
department. I went for interview in
folling consultncies of Delhi NCR: Nexus,Candor,Job Shapers,
EQS,Uplinx,Cube,EXL(All in Malviya Nagar, Delhi), Planman, Intouch
(Both in
Naraina, Delhi),J.J. India, Uphorix, Vision International,HOrizon (All
in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi)and many more. The list is
endless.I went for interview in folling BPOs,KPOs and Call Centres of
Delhi NCR:
Wipro, Convergys,Intelenet,Aegis BPO, Quatrro,Jindal, Niit Smartserve,
Interglobe Services, YOumint(in Okhla), Globerian, V Customer,
i energizer,Omnia, Sparsh, Marsh ,Magus,Airtel,infovision,
HCL,IBM,Amex, Bank of America etc.
So I came to the conclusion that without giving money to the
consultants no one can imagine to get a job in BPO industry in
Delhi NCR(India).

I also have reached to the conclusion that all these companies are
exploiting the candidates. Most of the companies have a rule
that if a candidate is rejected in training then he/ she can not get
any money. This is against natural justice. The natural
justice is that anyone doing work for anyone must get money as
reward. But denying money on pretext of not qualifying the
training is against natural justice. But in India every businessman is
interested in not paying money. Kumarmangalam Birla is
not an exception. He also is involved in it.Do anyone have answer to
my claims?
If yes then please write to me.
I would like to suggest that there must be rule that every candidate
should be payed total salary on the basis of number
of days.
Actually there is no rule to govern private companies in India. All
the Companies are acting like dictators. Talking
about starting a trade union is a taboo in BPO companies in India.A
great revolution is awaiting ahead like Russian or French revolution.
It anyone want any clarification then the person may request it on
