Role: MS Dynamics CRM DevOps Engineer
Experience: 14+
Location: Remote but travel ready (Austin, Texas) for any critical business scenario
Key Responsibilities:
CI/CD Pipeline Management
Automate build and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions like CRM, Power Pages, Data Migration, Data Factory, Function.
Manage solution packaging and deployment across environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod).
Environment & Configuration Management
Maintain multiple Dynamics 365 environments.
Automate environment provisioning and configuration.
Source Control Integration
Manage CRM customizations and solutions in Git repositories.
Implement branching strategies and version control.
Automation & Scripting
Use PowerShell and Azure CLI for automation.
Automate solution exports/imports, environment backups, and data migration.
Monitoring & Logging
Set up monitoring using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
Track deployments, performance, and errors.
Security & Compliance
Manage role-based access control (RBAC) in Azure and Dynamics.
Ensure secure DevOps practices and compliance with data policies.
