Role:  Lab Network Operations Engineer

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Job Type: W2/C2C Contract 

Pay Rate: $40/Hour on C2C

Job  Description:

  Manage and maintain GFiber lab network infrastructure, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and CPE devices.

·  Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, and stability across lab environments.

·  Support device onboarding, firmware flashing, and network setup for testing scenarios.

·  Diagnose issues using logs, packet captures, and monitoring tools; drive root cause analysis and resolution.

·  Ensure lab uptime, device availability, and seamless execution of manual and automated test cycles.

·  Collaborate with QA, engineering, and operations teams to optimize network performance and lab efficiency.
