We are seeking a skilled Palantir Data Engineer with strong experience in Palantir Foundry and a proven background in Production Support.
· 10 to 12+years of experience as a Data Engineer, including 2 to 3+ years working in Palantir Foundry.
· Monitor and support production systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
· Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and data issues (e.g., failed pipelines, data inconsistencies).
· Implement robust logging, alerting, and automation tools for proactive system management.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
· Participate in on-call rotation and incident post-mortems.
· Proficient in SQL, Python, and Palantir Foundry Pipelines (Code Workbook, Transformation Logic).
· Experience with Foundry Ontology, Object Builders, and Schema design.
· Experience with production support, including monitoring, logging (e.g., Splunk, Datadog), and alerting tools.
· Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in production environments.
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git).
· Familiarity with incident management processes (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
