Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced UX Architect with strong expertise in the Auto Finance domain to design and architect intuitive, scalable, and customer-centric digital experiences for automotive lending platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in loan origination systems, dealer portals, customer journeys, and financial services UX.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and define end-to-end user experience architecture for auto finance platforms including loan origination, dealer management, and customer servicing portals.
· Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into UX strategies and design solutions.
· Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX frameworks.
· Ensure seamless customer journeys for vehicle loan applications, approvals, payments, and account management.
· Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to improve digital experiences.
· Define and maintain UX design standards, patterns, and guidelines.
· Work closely with UI designers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of UX designs.
· Optimize user experiences across web, mobile, and dealer-facing platforms.
