Job Details
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
Engage with stakeholders (Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation teams) to gather and document business requirements.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs.
Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow diagrams.
Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes.
Experience in AI Tools
Logistics Planning Domain experience like UPS
Understand and analyze:
Demand & Supply Planning
Transportation Planning
Route Optimization
Fleet Management
Warehouse Planning
Inventory Planning
Support configuration and enhancement of logistics systems.
Work on planning tools like TMS, WMS, ERP supply chain modules.
