Subject: about my rejection of nomination for Bharuch branch Committee member of WIRC of ICAI.

Greetings of the day.

I hope my mail finds you well.

I pen this email with very pain, I am CA Jaydipsinh Dilipsinh Chauhan. I am a registered Voter & member of ICAI. I had filed my nomination for committee members of Bharuch Branch of WIRC of ICAI on time with Prescribed Form, fees & documents.

But when the list of nominations received by the branch was displayed on the notice board, my name was not listed and there was no communication regarding rejection of form if any. I served in the Bharuch branch as first & only elected vice chairman of WICASA Bharuch. This is very shocking, ungracious & against the Branch Election Code of Conduct by ICAI.

I Want to learn the reason behind this, and request the authority grant on Stay on Branch Election until this issue is resolved.
