inquiry about the Ground ( Reasons) for rejection of my candidature for election of committee of bharuch branch of wirc of icai

Dear Bharuch Branch committee members,

As you are aware, the upcoming Bharuch branch of WIRC of ICAI is going to hold an election for committee members. In this auspicious event of internal democracy of ICAI,I had also filed my candidate  nomination form with required fees & documents on the 6^th January at ICAI Bhavan, Bharuch in the presence of ICAI’S Staff Raising kaka, newly appointed staff including my both presenter CA Manishbhai Patel & CA Hima patel.   

 

I was very much excited to serve my mother branch with at most dedication, enthusiasm & honesty. I had served in the Bharuch branch as first & only elected vice chairman of WICASA Bharuch one decade ago & arranged the highest number of students welfare programs in the history of Bharuch ICAI.

On 7^th January when the list of valid nominations received for election 2025-2029, there was my name was not listed. And there is no communication nor opportunity to being heard was made to me regarding the reason for rejection of my form if any. I had tried to contact returning officer CA Niraj Surati ji. He responded by contacting the Bharuch branch to learn about the reason as per his submitted report to the branch. I am mailing Bharuch branch one more time to provide me reports and reason if any available regards not allowing me contesting election in writing.
