Notice of Annual General Meeting of Bharuch Branch of WIRC of ICAI

NOTICE is hereby given that the 8^th Annual General Meeting of the Bharuch Branch of W.I.R.C. of the I.C.A.I. will be held on 14^th July, 2018, Saturday at 10.30 A.M. at “ICAI Bhawan”, Plot no. 151/11/B, GIDC, Behind ABC Near A-one Foods, Bharuch-392015 to transact the following business:-

1. To consider and adopt the Audited Accounts of the Branch for the year ended on 31st March, 2018 along with Auditors’ Report thereon.

 

2. To Review and update the financial position of the Branch

3. To transact any other business with the permission of the Chair

 

The Annual Report of Bharuch Branch of WIRC of ICAI for the Financial Year 2017-18 which comprises of Notice calling the Annual General Meeting, Auditors' Report and Audited Financial Statements, for the year ended March 31, 2018 are attached herewith.
