Hello Members,
CBDT has notified Income Tax (8th Amendment) Rules, 2018 vide Notification dated 20/07/2018
CBDT has amended Form No-3CD vide this Notification, the same is attached herewith.
However, Amendment will come in to force from
20th day of August, 2018 which is very strange
This means if you want to file Tax Audit Report before 20/08/2018, Old form will be applicable
There may be drafting error of 20th day of August, 2018 in stead of 20th day of July, 2018
Ideal situation must be 20th day of July, 2018
Provide complete data well before due date to
avoid Interest & Penalties & our Higher Fees
